We provide a range of services in the StationCAD platform to meet the needs of your organization. You only pay for the services you use.
Dispatch Data Collection
We provide several options to collect dispatch data for your organization.

Once the data has been collected, the StationCAD Dispatch services parses it at a granular level. This is what allows organizations to to fine tune their alerting and notification as well as provide in-depth statistical reporting.
Cloud Management Portal
The StationCAD 'Watchdesk' allows you to view all of your incident data as well as statistical information. The Watchdesk allows organization administrators to configure alerting and notification rules. Organization users can decide what kinds of incidents they want to be notified of and how.

Hosted Data Collection Service

Phaser Controller

Per Controller
Wi-Fi enabled controller unit connects to your organizations network and receives alerting commands from the StationCAD Phaser Service. The unit then activates a series of relays based on your department’s configuration. The controller unit activates each individual alerting station. Each control unit operates its alerting stations through low voltage (12V) hard wiring.

Phaser Alerting Station

Contain your choice of single or dual color LED strobe lights up to the number of channels on your Controller unit. Organizations choose from a multitude of LED color combinations. The controller can then be custom programmed to your alerting needs. These units are best suited for outdoor areas and apparatus floors.
6 inch Alarm Bell

A standard 6 inch Alarm Bell. Alarms bells are not recommended for enclosed areas due to decibel levels. These units should be placed in open areas (apparatus floor, outdoors, etc)

The StationCAD Alerter
Windows Application runs at your station on an 'always-on' PC with an available audio output. The audio output can be connected to a simple set of speakers or feed a station public address system.
In an effort to align with the new USFA studies
on emergency responder health and safety, our Audible Alerting supports heart healthy, "ramp-up audible alerting".
Phaser LED Visual Alerting Station (Version 3)

These new units feature an integrated controller, and programmable multi-color LED ring in a compact form-factor that install in a standard in-wall electrical box. Organizations can have the LED patterns and colors custom programmed to their specific needs.
A desktop model with standard 110VAC power adapter is also available.
Custom Visual Alerting
The Phaser Controllers allow us the flexibility to power and control most 12VDC alerting devices. If you have specific devices or requests just let us know. We can discuss all of the options that are available to you.

The StationCAD software package is priced so you only pay for the services you use. StationCAD is a "Software As A Service" platform. Each service you subscribe to is billed as an annual software subscription.
Public pricing is currently only available for organizations served by the Chester County (PA) Department of Emergency Services Communications Center. We are currently working with Delaware County (PA) Department of Emergency Services to be able to offer our services to those stations.
