User Notification

Once the administrator has configured the Notification Rules, user have the ability to configure how they wish to receive notifications about new incidents. StationCAD currently supports email, email-to-text, and browser-based push notifications. Users can decide which types of incidents they want to be notified of and add as many recipients as they wish.  Most significantly, each user has control over what incident groups they are notified of and where those notifications are sent.  Administrators are no longer tasked with managing this when a user user changes the mobile number or email addresses.

Phaser Station Alerting

The StationCAD Station Alerting System (SAS) is a multi-part system that works in conjunction with the StationCAD Notification System. The SAS requires a Wi-Fi connection and 120V AC power supply to operate.  SAS consists of a Wi-Fi enabled controller unit that activates a series of relays based on your department’s configuration. The controller unit activates individual alerting stations that contain LED strobe lights and a small piezo buzzer. You can also add an additional alarm bell for open or outdoor locations. Each control unit can operate up to 4 alerting boards.  The Cloud Management Portal Subscription is required.

We are currently working on the next version of the Alerting Stations that will support WAV file Audio playback, multi-color LED display, and will conform to the new recommendations for "ramp-up" audible alerting.
